I work holistically as an integrated family therapist, with a teaching background, using various modalities to work with individuals, families, couples, and children. As a trained trauma informed EMDR clinician, I also utilize EMDR for PTSD/psychological/relational challenges. Being an immigrant myself, raising children, and building a place of my own as a BIPOC therapist while navigating different life stages and challenges, I am familiar with the tension that arises from differences in cultural/generational values and bicultural experiences that impact individual and Families.
